Notlar Transliterated title: Muusaa la Taarikoo aniŋ Suukuwoo. Contains two old manuscripts written in classical Arabic. The first one is a prose text with Ajami glosses. The themes discussed in it include the story of Moses and his conversations with God. The second manuscript is a classical Arabic poem that praises God and Prophet Muḥammad written by a Mandinka scholar called Arfang Bakary Faty. The manuscript has extensive Arabic glosses and some Ajami glosses. Custodial history: The owner inherited them from his father's young brother, Solly Diante. Solly was born in Baghere in Casamance where he received his Islamic education. He later setttled in Kontecounda where he served as a Quranic teacher and Imam until his death. Extent and format of original material: 39 pages. Physical characteristics: Unbound manuscript. Many parts of the manuscripts are destroyed by old age and water. Some pages are difficult to read.
