Notlar	The manuscript is an amulet. For Kampar people amulet (Azimat or sikep) are used for self protection. The physical size of the manuscript is 58 x 5 cm; ilustrating, keris (Indonesian traditional sword), tiger, scorpion, crocodile, eagle and dragon; purple carton paper, strong paper, new paper; gold color ink; the manuscript is rolled; the manuscript is kept into a tube made by iron covered with gold color; the text is not so clear to be read; the manuscript condition is good enough.
