[7], 97 leaves ; 21 cm (4to), A history of Persia during the Ṣafavi era by the Jesuit Tadeusz Jan Krusiński, The third of 17 works printed by Ibrahim Müteferrika, "müteferrika" (house steward) to Sultan Ahmed III, and first printer of moveable Arabic type under Islamic auspices. Müteferrika was born in Kolozsvár, Transylvania sometime between 1672 and 1675, and converted to Islām after moving to Constantinople as a young man, Translated from the Latin either by the author or by Ibrahim Müteferrika, Printed by Ibrahim Müteferrika, Caption title, Imprint taken from colophon, Toderini, G.
