Each sentence is followed by a fairly detailed commentary, in Persian. The compiler's preface, written in Arabic, is found on the margin of fol. 4 v°. This collection of maxims is very important in making known the character of Mohammed and deserves to be published. Copied in rabīʿ I 774 h. / August 31 – September 29, 1372) by Yūnus ibn Šāḏmahr ibn Walī al-Dīn. The text is written in red ink, the commentary in black ink.
