Notes	A good, non-corresponding copy, from the beginning of which more than 50 leaves were omitted that contained Councils 1-5, in addition to the introduction (the preamble), in which the text was written in black, tangy, dark viscous ink in general, and the copyist used red ink to write a number of words during the text, chapter headers, chapter titles, warning lines, and so on, on a french-made, rough, brown-colored ink in which parallel lines and the commercial watermark appear, in which the restriction appears. An endowment in the name of Hajj Sibghatullah, the Mufti of Amed, who is known as Kujakzadeh. He gave it as an endowment to his son Masoud and to his children and their children and after them to the scholars of Amed. Judge Saadallah al-Mawla’s documentation of a succession in the city of Amed after that appears ((his endowment was confirmed and its validity was ruled)) and his seal was confirmed with it. The copyist wrote this copy under the drawing of Sheikh Hussein al-Jakiri.
