Notes	A recent copy written by the author in his own handwriting in Arabic and opposite it a translation of it in French. On folio 1b appears a picture of the copying author and on its left side he wrote, “This copy is written in my handwriting.” A translation of this text in French is on the other side of the picture. It appears that he prepared this letter to be recited and chanted at parties. He wrote the Arabic text and the French translation in black ink, and the chapters were written in red ink, on an underlined modern scribe.
