Likewise, if the swearer and the sworn party perish. The Book of Punishments.. A piece of it amputated, the beginning and the last of which begin with: The Book of Punishments, and it ends during the Book of Suit. The titles of the books were written in ink. Red, and red dividers were placed between the paragraphs. A notebook with an amount of ten pages dropped from the copy between pages (62) and (63). End of the manuscript: Book of the case.. The plaintiff said to me with a present intention and asked for his opponent’s oath. He did not swear, and the judge takes a surety from his opponent himself for three days. If he refuses to do so, he must be bound by the guarantee period, unless he is a stranger, then until the end of the judge’s session. They said, “No with my intention.”
