The manuscript bears parallel lines and watermarks, which is a crown bearing a rectangular cartouche with the letter V in the middle, in addition to the Latin word Ab1acoiv. The first page of the manuscript contains a title in the name of Muhammad ibn Ahmad Karamah al-Tarabulsi and his seal.
