It has comments taken from the Ionian script in the margin. | Date of death of the copyist: alive in the year 1185 AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter on the Hadith of Al-Ghar... Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah told us, Ibrahim bin Saad told us, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Abdullah bin Utbah, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The man used to lend money to people, and he used to say to his young man: If you come in debt, forgive him, perhaps God will forgive us.” He said: “So he met God and he pardoned us.” ...Chapter on the virtues of Abdullah bin Omar bin Al-Khattab. The fifteenth part of Sahih al-Bukhari has been divided into thirty parts, and it will be followed, God willing, in the sixteenth part by the chapter on the virtues of Ammar and Hudhayfah.
