As for others, there is no blame in them, but rather they may be like this or close to it, praised like ruqyah with verses of the Qur’an and well-known supplications. They have conveyed consensus on its permissibility with verses... The Book of Hawala... ... Surah Al-Kahf... And Yahya is the son of Abdullah bin Bukayr, short for Al-Bakr, with the monotheist and the great, meaning corpse or prestige among the people, and God Almighty knows best, and God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
