This copy is the authentic collection of Imam al-Bukhari. All of its pages are bordered with red. It is divided into five parts. The first ends with the book on sales, then the second ends with the chapter on what is mentioned about the Children of Israel, then the third ends with the book on the virtues of the Qur’an, then the fourth ends with the book on invitations, and what remains until the end is the fifth. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
