It contains corrections, comments, and transcription differences in the margin. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter: How was the beginning of the revelation to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the saying of God Almighty: “Indeed, We have revealed to you just as”… Chapter on the virtue of Aisha, may God be pleased with her. This first flogging was done. It is followed by the second volume, from the chapter on the virtues of the Ansar until the end of the book.

أوقَفَ وتصَدَّقَ نسخةَ البُخاريِّ الأميرُ رضوانٌ كتخدا إبراهيمُ بيك الكبيرُ، وجعَلَ مقرَّها برواقِ السَّادةِ الأكرادِ، وفَّقَه اللهُ للخيرِ، {فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ} وقفًا صحيحًا شرعيًّا لَا يُغيَّرُ ولَا يُبدَّلُ ولَا يُوهَبُ ولَا يُرهَنُ، وذلكَ في سنةِ 1212هـ

وقفيَّاتٌ: رضوان كتخدا إبراهيم بيك الكبير، أوقفَ على رواقِ السَّادةِ الأكرادِ بالجامعِ الأزهرِ 1313 هـ، ونصُّه: «أوقَفَ وتصَدَّقَ نسخةَ البُخاريِّ الأميرُ رضوانٌ كتخدا إبراهيمُ بيك الكبيرُ، وجعَلَ مقرَّها برواقِ السَّادةِ الأكرادِ، وفَّقَه اللهُ للخيرِ، {فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ} وقفًا صحيحًا شرعيًّا لَا يُغيَّرُ ولَا يُبدَّلُ ولَا يُوهَبُ ولَا يُرهَنُ، وذلكَ في سنةِ 1212هـ».#- خاتمُ تملُّكٍ: الكتبخانةُ الأزهريَّةُ 1319.
