He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

Praise be to God, who has explained the guidance of the people of Islam... It is time to begin what I intended to explain Al-Jami’ Al-Sahih, as I promised at the beginning of the introduction... And its title is Fathar Al-Bari with an explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari... ...Chapter: Zakat al-Fitr on young and old... When he refused to take from him his right of spoils, and God Almighty knows what is right, and to Him is the return. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad.
