It contains comments, corrections, and transcription differences in the margin. - We confirmed the copyist at the end of the fourth part of this copy in the King Abdul Aziz Public Library in Riyadh, No. (4651). - He wrote a comment next to the title on “Part Six,” in which he said: “The correctness of the fifth part, and before this fourth part its end is Munaqib Talha, and this follows it, and in this there are more than one paper... On the other hand, this part is followed by the book of interpretation.” | Date of death of the copyist: ninth century AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

الحمدُ للهِ وحدَه، ملكَه وما قبلَه وما بعدَه الفقيرُ السَّيدُ يوسفُ بنُ السيدِ حسينٍ خادمِ السَّيد الشَّريفِ بمدينةِ حلبَ عُفِيَ عنه.#- بلَغَ قراءةً إلى هنا مع ما قبلَه مِنْ أوَّلِ «الصَّحيحِ» في شهرِ رمضانَ سنةَ 1138 في الجامعِ الشَّريفِ تجاه الحضرةِ الشريفةِ حضرة سيدنا نبيِّ اللهِ زكريَّا عليه السلامُ، حرَّرَه العبدُ الفقيرُ السَّيدُ يوسفُ خادمُ السنَّةِ النبويةِ بحلبَ، غفَرَ اللهُ له ولوالديْهِ ومشايخِه وتلامذتِه، وصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّمَ على سيدِنا محمَّدٍ وآلِه، والحمدُ للهِ تعالى وحدَه.
