The copy includes two parts, the first and the second. The second begins on folio 126a. Some of the papers have white, and some have the ink changed. Folio 140 is upside down, and the copy has comments in the footnotes.

“And my success is only with God. Al-Hakim Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Hafiz narrated to us a dictation on the seventh Monday of Muharram in the year three hundred and ninety-three. Praise be to God, the Mighty, the Compassionate, the Eternal, the Mighty, the Knower of secrets, who chose the Master of Mankind, Muhammad bin Abdullah, for his prophecy and message... As for what follows... Then God appointed for every era a group of religious scholars and Muslim imams who would praise the narrators of the news... Among these were Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ismail Al-Ja’fi and Abu Al-Hussein. Muslim bin Al-Hajjaj... has written in Sahih Al-Akhbar two well-regarded books whose mention has spread throughout the countries... And I seek God’s help to produce hadiths narrated by trustworthy narrators, similar to which the two sheikhs, may God be pleased with them or one of them, have been used as evidence. This is the condition of authenticity according to all the jurists of the people of Islam. It is acceptable, and God is the Helper. What I intended, and He is sufficient for me, and Your Grace is the disposer of affairs. From the hadiths to their entry, the Book of Faith, tell us...” ... “This is the last thing my diligence has led to in adding to the book of sales over what it has included.” The two imams, Abu Abdullah Al-Bukhari, at the end of the Book of Sales...... And God is the One who helps me in what I hope to follow in the footsteps of the two Imams, may God be pleased with them both. He is my suffice, and He is the best disposer of affairs, at the end of the second volume of Al-Mustadrak on the Two Sahihs, compiled by Al-Hakim Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Hafiz Al-Naysaburi, may God have mercy on him, and it is followed in the third volume by the book “Jihad, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds...”

وقفٌ للهِ تعالى.#ورَدَ على غلافِها نَصٌّ: منَ الخزانةِ الوزيريةِ، وعليها خطُّ إمامِ الحديثِ محمَّدِ بنِ إبراهيمَ بنِ المُرتَضَى -قَدَّسَ اللهُ روحَه-.# الحمدُ للهِ وحدَه، هذا الجزءُ والَّذي بعدَه ممَّا اشتملَتْ عليه الخزانةُ الوزيريةُ، وقدْ كَتَبَ عليه من لَا اعتبارَ به الوقف المطلق، وطمس وقف [الأنا]، فلا حولَ ولَا قوةَ إلَّا باللهِ العليِّ [العظيم].#وعلى ثلاثٍ أو أربعِ ورقٍ من آخرِ هذا الجزءِ خطُّ سيدي الحجةِ محمَّدِ بنِ إبراهيمَ بنِ عليٍّ بن المُرتضى -رضيَ اللهُ عنه-يعرفُه مَنْ له خبرةٌ بخطِّه فليعلمْ ذلك. كتَبَه: يحيى بنُ عبدِ اللهِ بن زيد بنِ عثمانَ بنِ عليِّ بنِ الوزيرِ، غَفَرَ له ذنوبَه وسَتَرَ عيوبَه، بحقِّ محمَّدٍ وآلِه. #مقابلاتٌ: دلَّ عليها البلاغاتُ المنثورةُ في النُّسخةِ.
