Transoxiana is a geography located within the borders of Uzbekistan in Central Asia, with a wealth of science, civilization and culture from past to present. After the people became Muslims, a scientific basis based on the belief in monotheism was created in the region by Abu Hanife's students: Imam Mâtürîdî continued the same line as the pioneer of the "Mâtürîdîyye" sect, which is one of the two major schools of "Ahl al-Sunnah" theology in this basin. In this research; It consists of two sub-headings under the main title "The Role of Reason and Revelation in the Flow of Life According to Imam Maturidi". Under the first heading, sources of information such as the scientific and cultural basin of the Transoxiana region, the scientific personality of Imam Maturidi, reason, transfer and sense are included. Under the second heading, some principles that will facilitate the flow of life in order to overcome the difficulties encountered and contribute to the peace and happiness of the society are discussed. These principles consist of the following subheadings: The Existence and Oneness of Allah, Collecting Knowledge, Serving Allah, Justice and Equality, Doing Favors to Groups of People Other than Oneself, Working and Producing, Adhering to Promises and Contracts, Delegating Works to the Experts, Acting Honestly and Man's Always Need of Allah.
