Notes	In this article, the implementation of Karz-ı Hasen, a type of financing for aid purposes, at the institutional level is discussed in an introduction and five chapters. In the introduction, the problems of the subject of the article are given, the purpose of addressing this subject is explained, its importance is mentioned and the method followed in the research is stated. In the first chapter, the institution of Karz-ı Hasen is classified according to aid, cooperation and economic purposes and its types are discussed. In the second part, the legitimacy of these varieties is discussed from four perspectives, and in the third part, the fiqh ties between the founders of the qard-ı hasen institution are included. In the fourth chapter, the risks that the qard-ı hasen institution may face, the precautions against these risks, and the ways to compensate for damages caused by the risks are discussed. Finally, the end of the institution of qard-ı hasen and the provisions arising from this situation are mentioned. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that it is possible to establish an institution for the purpose of qard-ı hasen and to obtain financing through this institution.
