El notu Script:Naskh Ink: Black and red Scribe: Multiple scribes mentioned. Older leaves written by the copyist Ibrahim Ibn Nasr Ibn Ibrahim Ibn Muhammad Ibn al-Hasan Ibn Ibrahim Ibn Munir al-Kindi (a physician). Modern leaves written by the copyist Toma Butrus Jibara, a physician of Damascus. Originally transcribed from a manuscript written by the copyist 'Abd al-Kafi al-Farajani.
