Notlar	The Christian residents of Kandanou asks the Administration of the Chania Muslim Foundations to sell to them the land owned by the Muslim Foundations next to the Agios Nikolaos Church, in Kandanou Village, which used to be the Ottoman cemetery. They argue that after the departure of the Ottomans there is no use to keep the cemetery, which is now used as place of pasture they support that they want to built a church on that land and in that way the place will remain holy.
