The research will be focused on an era of time represented in the flourishing Islamic eras, which spanned more than a thousand years, starting with the noble prophetic mission, and ending with the Ottoman era, during that time science was flourishing, while other countries that were not fortunate to arrive The Arab-Islamic civilization was living in the midst of ignorance and distance from every human civilization.Sharia’s view of natural disasters and epidemics was that they represented divine punishments for human beings, for sins committed by their hands, in addition to the testimony and mercy of the believers.Arab and Muslim scholars have paid attention to studying and writing in natural disasters, epidemics and infectious diseases, especially physicians, and they left us a huge heritage that deserves all appreciation. In this paper, I will address two things; the first is causes of epidemics, which were determined by the atmosphere, the earthly, and we will talk about the development of scientific concepts of these reasons, and the beginning of talking about germs. The second in treatment and precaution; And I will mention in it what was reported about the medical masters under the Arab and Islamic civilization of the various treatments that were in their time, as well as precaution and ways to prevent infection, which many of them are still the norm in our modern era.
