Notlar	The character of Abdulla Al-Damalooji is considered one of the distinguished Iraqi personalities that appeared on the theatre of Iraq's historical events in the royal era. This is probably due to the versatility of his intellectual, scientific, professional and political inclinations. This includes, for example, starting as a student at the military college, then a doctor at one of the Ottoman hospitals, to joining political parties and politics, to heading towards Nejd and Hijaz Sultanate and settling there for a while, then returning to Iraq and appearing in a remarkable way on its theatre of political events. I choose to study this character because it has not been studied before historically, scientifically or academically according to the principles of investigative historical research. I divided my study into an introduction, four sections and a conclusion. In the introduction, I mentioned the reasons for choosing this subject. In the first section I discussed the biography and the most important positions he took up. Whereas the following three sections concentrated on his role in the Iraqi House of Representatives due to the long period of membership and for the huge amount of information. I concentrated on his most important stands and opinions towards the issues discussed at that time. I also discussed his most outstanding actions and viewpoints and his management of the ministry of foreign affairs through his answers to the questions addressed to him at the House of Representatives. Finally, the conclusion came to show the most important findings the researcher came up with. The information that the research contains is mainly taken from published and unpublished documents, the records of the House of Representatives sessions, old newspaperskept at the Iraqi House of Documents, as well as theses and dissertations and a number of reliable books. I tried as far as possible to apply the techniques of historical research relying on collection and analysis of data to arrive at the truth. Finally, I hope I could present some hidden historical information about this Iraqi personality to serve knowledge seekers and enrich the Iraqi library with solid scientific research.
