Notlar	The Sufism, the difference in the origin of the name and the explanation of the different opinions, as well as the meaning of the Sufi paths, and then talking about the history of Sufism before the relevant period of study: included: the history of Sufism and the ways after the evacuation of the French campaign and Muhammad Ali took over the state of Egypt in it, then the covenants of his successors and their differing position on it, especially after the British occupation of Egypt until the July revolution of 1952 ad and the declaration of the republican system in Egypt and the position of the Egyptian presidents until the January 2011 revolution, plus political, educational and cultural institutions since taking the organizational form during the era of the Ayyubids and Mamluks until the entry of the ottomans into Egypt and a comparison between those institutions in that period. البحث محاولة لإلقاء الضوء على واقع الطرق الصوفية ومحاولة بلورة تصور كامل عن هذه الطرق وكيفية إداراتها ومدى تغلغلها في المجتمع وطبيعة نشاطها الاجتماعي والخدمي الذي منحها هذه القدرة على الانتشار، والتركيز على الأحداث المفصلية في تاريخ الطرق الصوفية ومؤسساتها، مع شرح أهم مصطلحاتها. واعتمد البحث على استخدام المنهجين التاريخي والوصفي التحليلي، حيث يعد المزج بين المنهجين ملائما للتعرف على المراحل التي مرت بها الصوفية بشكل عام من حيث المفهوم والتطبيق، وكذلك تطورها وانتشارها في مصر منذ دخولها ومرورا بتاريخها في مصر الإسلامية كتمهيد للفترة المعنية للبحث، وهي بعد جلاء الحملة الفرنسية وتولي محمد على لحكم مصر 1805 م حتى نهاية عصر مبارك 2011 م وإيضاح موقف الخلفاء والرؤساء المختلفين منها قيام ثورة يناير 2011، واستعراض الطرق وهيكلها التنظيمي وعددها فيه وعقد مقارنة بين تلك المؤسسات في تلك الفترة والفترة المعنية للبحث منذ محمد على وخلفائه حتى نهاية عصر مبارك.
