Notlar	This paper deals with the study of an important stage in the history of relations Qoinleyh least-Ottoman Empire (1454-1478) . An era in which the most prominent figures to take these two countries coincided namely the Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II (the Conqueror ) ( 1451-1481 ) and Hasan Özen least Colana (1454-1478) . We follow in accordance with the generally accepted in the scientific research context, the emergence of the State of Qoinlo least , even the most prominent leaders take a Uzun Hasan , It was our goal so give an introductory overview on how the arrival of Uzun Hasan to rule this emirate and causes least conflict Qoinley - Ottoman order to be able afterwards to make it clear Uzun Hasan 's position on the internal and external issues that belong to the Ottoman Empire, any extrapolation of the reasons that I was born this negative attitude of Uzun Hasan against the Ottoman Empire and the outcomes of that position, and this is what we will try to Taatabh at the heart of our research modest.
