Treatise on the immortality of the soul in sixteen parts (فصول) by Abū ʻAlī al-Ḥusayn ibn ʻAbd Allāh (أبو علي الحسين بن عبد الله), known as Ibn Sīnā (ابن سينا, latinised as Avicenna, d. 1037).
A Persian translation of this work is item 21, above (ff. 381v-402r), and a shorter recension of the Persian version is item 22 (ff. 403v-410r).
