Notlar A commentary on al-Mawāqif fī ʻilm al-kaIām, a work on scholastic theology by ʻAḍud al-Dīn al-Ījī. | Ms. codex., Title from folio [ii]a., Marginal and interlinear notes and glosses. On the folio before the first is a table of contents. The work was completed in 807 [1405] and was dedicated to Sultān Ghiyāth al-Dīn Pīr Muḥammad (son of Jahāngīr and grandson of Tīmūr), dethroned 809 [1406/7]. Title also appears on lower edge of text block., Collation: Paper ; fol. ii + 286 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 31 lines per page., Description: Text commented upon overlined in red ; MS in good condition., Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الاعتصام بكرمه الغميم الحمد لله رب العالمين ... ضمن خطبة کتابه الاشارة الى مقاصد علم الكلام ..., Colophon: وقع الفراغ من تاليفه يوم السبت قريب العصر من اوائل شوال سنة سبع وثمانمائة بمحروسة سمرقند صينت عن الآفات وحسبنا الله ونعم الوکيل نعم المولى ونعم النصير وصلى الله على سيدنا الانام والکرام وصحبه العظام وسلم تسليما کثيرا کثيراً. تمت | Later type II (with flap) binding in brown leather and marbled paper.
