The revision of al-Wiqāyah is entitled al-Iṣlāḥ and the revision of the commentary is entitled al-Īḍāḥ. \| Ms. codex., Title from caption (fol. 1b)., A few marginal notes and glosses. The margins of several folios are trimmed.
