Notlar Text in a collection of poetry from various poets put together unsystematically. Poets include Sanāʾī, Saʻdī, Niẓāmī and Hātif Isfahānī. Collection includes more poems by Saʻdī than other poets [50 p.]. Collection was apparently put together in Madras. Only Saʻdī's poems comprise a cohesive set. The rest are scattered throughout the text. Illustrated with seven miniatures. | No pagination in the text., Several leaves bear an owner's stamp reading: ʻInda Ḥasan ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ʻAlī., Label on p. 2 of cover reads: Dep. 9098., Ms. in miniscule shikastan script on glazed, multicolored paper. 7.5 cm. x 14.7 cm. Text area framed in ruled lines of blue and gold. Contains 9 miniatures. Some catchwords; no vocalization. No marginalia., Paper is glazed laid stock; leaves are of various hues: blue, salmon,cream, white, saffron. Some minor paper repairs to edges. Some stains, water damage and smudging. Some leaves slightly soiled. Some white leaves bear a watermark showing a medallion surrounded by a folial design and having a scalloped shield at the center., Binding is leather. Spine has cloth repairs; covers have inlaid center mandorlas and corner pieces in white leather. Some inlay missing. Inlays have stamped floral designs.
