The first two folios are defective. Before the colophon it is stated that the work was composed 725/1325. Inscriptions on folio 251b., Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 251 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 29 lines per page., Description: Text in red and commentary in black ; some vowel marks ; MS in fair condition., Origin: Copy completed Friday, last day of 938 (fol. 251a) by ʻAlī ibn Muḥammad ibn ʻAlī al-Baysūnī (fol. 1a)., Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم رب يسرو تفسير سورة ص ويقال لها سورة داود عله الصلاة والسلام ..., Colophon: وافق الفراغ من کتابته يوم الجمعة آخر النهار ختام عام ثمان وثلاثين وتسعمائة وحسبنا الله ونعم الوکيل وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد واله وصحبه وسلم \| Later? type II (with flap) binding in brown leather. Blind-stamped mandorla and blind-tooled edging on covers. Similar decoration on flap.
