Notlar	The third part of a commentary on al-Muḥarrar fī al-fiqh a corpus of ḥanbalite law and jurisprudence by Majd al-Dīn ʻAbd al-Salām, known as Ibn Taymīyah al-Ḥarrāni, 652 [1254]. This is the grandfather of the famous Taqī al-Dīn ibn Taymīyah, 728 [1328]. The present part of the commentary begins with the section on ḥukm kaffārat al-ẓihār and ends with that on al-iqrār bi-al-mujmal. \| Ms. codex., Title from title page (fol. 4a)., A few marginal notes. It is stated in the original colophon that the work was composed in 614 [1218]. This, however, may refer to the groundwork of Ibn Taymīyah rather than to the commentary.
