On the page after the last and on the following sixty-eight folios is a work on questions of jurisprudence., Collation: Paper ; fol. ii (second of these is marked "(i)") + 213 (lacking "1") + ii ; catchwords ; foliation in ink using Hindu-Arabic numerals ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 17 lines per page., Description: Rubricated ; some rubrications flecked with gold ; MS trimmed with some edges folded to preserve notes ; watermarks (sun) ; MS in good condition., Origin: [Fatāwá Muʼayyadʹzādah] According to colophon copy completed middle of Shawwāl 1156 by Muḥammad ibn al-Mahdī ibn Muḥammad ibn Yūnus al-Ḥanafī al-Jazāʼirī (fol. 145a). The masāʼil beginning on folio 145b appears to be in the same hand., Incipit: [فتاوى المؤيدزاده] بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم صلى الله على سيدنا ومولانا محمد واله وصحبه وسلم. المسائل المتعلقة بالطهارة -- [مسائل] الحمد لله وبه نستعين وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد واله وسلم و عن بكر بن معرف انه قال سمعت اياح رحمه لله يقول ما ذكرت احدا بسوى ولاجازبت عليه, Colophon: [فتاوى المؤيدزاده] وكان الفراغ من كتابة هذا المجموع المباركة يوم الاربعة ف[..] الزوال في اواسط شوال سنة ست وخمسين بعد مائة والف من الهجرة النبوية على صاحبها افضل الصلاة وازكى التحية على يد كاتبه الفقير الحقير ... محمد بن المهدي بن محمد بن يونس الحنفى الجزايرى غفر الله له ولوالديه ... امين امين كمل الخط وانغض و[..] رحم الله ... \| 1. fol. 2a-7b: [Miscellany] Short inscriptions, questions and answers, lines of verse., 2. fol. 8a-145a: Fatāwá Muʼayyadʹzādah., 3. fol. 145b-213a: [Masāʼil], 4. fol. 213b: [Fawāʻid] \| Later type II (with flap) binding in red leather.
