Two prayers and other inscriptions on fol. 316b (later addition), signed al-Sayyid ʻAbd al-Muṭallib Ibn al-Sharīf Ghālib Ibn al-Sharīf Musāʻad., Collation: Paper ; fol. 315 + (2) ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 9 lines per page., Description: Written in large script in black ink with use of red. Light cream paper with laid lines and pulp visible. Edges of some folios mended, particularly at the beginning and the end of the copy, with loss of text (the wanting text is copied by a later hand on the repair, see fol. 4)., Origin: Copy completed on Yawm al-Aḥad 22 ("22 khalūn") Muḥarram 794, "fī yawm al-Nayrūz" (colophon, fol. 134b-135a)., Incipit: الحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على نبيه محمد عب(ده الامين) قال الشيخ الامام ابو محمد القاسم بن عثمان الحريري البصري رحمه الله (تعالى) اللهم انا نحمدك على ما علمت من البيان والهمت من التبيان ... [3أ] ... اما بعد وبعد فانه جرى ببعض اندية الادب الذي ركدت في هذا العصرِ ريحه, Explicit: فقال اجعل الموت نصب عينك وهذا فراق بيني وبينك فودعته وعبراتي يتحدرن من المآاقي وزفراتي يتصعدن من التراقي وكانت هذه خاتمة التلاقي قال الشيخ الامام ابو القسم بن علي بن محمد بن عثمن الحريري رحمه الله هذا آخر المقامات التي انشاتها بالاغترار وامليتها بلسان الاضطرار وقد الجيت الى ان ارصدتها للاستعراض وناديت عليها في سوق الاعتراض هذا مع معرفتي بانها من سقط المتاع ... [314ب] ... ولكن كان ذلك في الكتاب مسطورًا وانا استغفر الله تعالى ممّا اودعتها من اباطيل اللغو واضاليل اللهو واسترشد الى ما يعصم من السهو ... وولي الخيرات في الدنيا والاخرة ه \| Later type II (with flap) binding in red leather.
