Aceph. copy of a Shīʻī Imāmī law treatise. The text starts at the beginning of Kitāb al-ṭahārah. Bāb 3 (ed. Qom, 1312 H., vol. 1, p. 213). The first extant bāb starts at fol. 5a: "Bāb man taraka al-ṭahārah mutaʻammidan aw nasīyan ...". | Ms. codex., Title from title page (later addition, fol. 1a)., 17 lines per page. Written in medium large naskh in black ink with use of red for headings, re-inking and punctuation. Light cream glazed paper. Collation notes. Incomplete at the beginning (the Arabic foliation on the first original extant leaf reads "6"). According to the foliation using Arabic numerals and the catchwords, some leaves are missing (see between fol. 134 and fol. 136, between fol. 137 and 138). Entire quires seem also to be missing (see mention "al-sādis" on fol. 36a and "al-ʻāshir" on fol. 47a). Some leaves are damaged or repaired (see fol. 134-135, 142), sometimes with the original text re-written on the repair (see fol. 153-154). Some leaves are later replacements (see fol. 200-203).
