The text begins with a quotation from Qurʼān 3:33 (Āl ʻImrān), stressing the necessity of paying respect to the descendants of the Prophet Muḥammad. Following a series of additional quotations, then document then presents a genealogy of Sayyid Suhrāb, beginning with Adam and tracing his lineage through the Prophet and through Imām Mūsā al-Kāẓim. Upon reaching the mention of Sayyid Suhrāb the text then continues with a genealogy extending from him, continuing down to a figure by the name of Sayyid Ḥāris (sic), who may be either the author or a relative of the author. \| The date is written as 139; probably 1309/1891-92 is intended., Location: Vamar, Rushon., Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم هوالله تعالی هذا نصبنامۀ حضرت سید سهراب و به نستعین, Explicit: پسر او خواجه محمد فاضل پسر او شاه اسماعیل پسر او میرزا علی اکبر پسر او سید علوی پسر او سید حارس سنۀ ۱۳۹, The document contains a simple floral design on the header, drawn in red and black ink., The original document is a long scroll.
