The work was not finished and is in skeleton form. On page before the first and on three folios before are several verses of poetry in Turkish, two paragraphs of Turkish prose. Title on lower edge illegible., Ms. codex., Title supplied by cataloger., Ending: ... فصل الباء هباء بالکسر هبة وهبات, Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحين وبه نستعين. باب الالف فصل الالف. آذان \| Later type III (without flap) binding in brown leather. Blind-tooled line decoration on covers. Multi-colored endbands. Yellow paper pastedowns. \| Acquired form Brill, Leyden, 1900., Fol. 1a has the signature Sulaymān Afandī and a seal impression bearing the name "al-Sayyid Ḥusayn Ḥusnī". \| Hitti, P.
