Notlar	A collection of primarily poetry, with a few short prose texts, including documents such as letters and fermans. \| Ms. composite codex., Title from fol. 1a., Only text 6 is dated: completed on the 1st of Rajab 1051 (1641) -- colophon (fol. 113b). One of the inscriptions on fol. 3a is dated 10th of Rabīʻ al-Awwal 1125 (1713)., On average about 20 lines per page. This is a composite ms. and scripts, hands, and paper vary. Most texts are written in small to medium small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. In some texts (chiefly poetry) the script is more elegant, while in some (chiefly the prose texts at the start of the ms.) the hand is completely different and the script is a casual riqāʻ. Main texts have catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed paper with visible chain lines and watermarks. A circular stamp on fol. 2b. Two partially obliterated octagonal stamps on fol. 14b. A different, also octagonal stamp on fol. 137b. Pastedowns in cream paper painted in a flower and foliage pattern. \| Octagonal ownership stamp in the name of Mustafa Abduh, inscribed on a flower pattern background on fol. 2b, and again on fol. 86b and 113a., Originally acquired by Robert Garrett from Abraham Shalom Yahuda ; 1942., Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda.
