Glory be to Him who organized the world in the best manner -- [Diwan 2] In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Him who created man and taught him the statement, Colophon: [Diwan 1] This is the end of the words of Professor Al-Talafari, may God Almighty have mercy on him and forgive him, us, and the Muslims. It began on Saturday in the month of Shawwal in the year one thousand two hundred and eight-hundred [?], and may God grant success at the hands of the poorest of servants to God Almighty, the Mighty Muhammad Amin bin Abdul Aziz, may God Almighty have mercy on him, and to whomever you have mercy on, Amen. -- [Diwan 2] The Diwan was completed, with the help of God, the King, the Judge, on the second inanimate object, on the twentieth day of the year one thousand three hundred, with the help of God Almighty, at the hands of Muhammad Amin Ibn Abdulaziz, on Friday afternoon.
