Written in a medium small naskh in black and red ink. European glazed paper with watermark. Contains magic script, charts and drawings of talismans. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Copied on 7 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1274 (colophon, fol. 150a)., Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 150 + i ; 1-15¹⁰ ; catchword on the verso of each leaf.
