Notlar	Various corrections and notes in the margin, by the scribe and a few other hands. Some use of sigla and a few variants point to collation, but no collation notes. — Ottoman bookbinding with flap, dark reddish brown leather and paper. Cover is approx. 1,6 mm thick, the leather rim approx. 2,3 mm. Binding completely detached from the textblock, and measures 20 x 15 cm, i.e. it is smaller than the textblock. Quires sewn with a light brown thread. Catch-title on the bottom edge. — Very clear and legible; interesting variation of the same hand in various places, apparently due to the scribe's fatigue (foll. 25, 46-47). Deep black ink, not damaged by moist, only a slight weakening of the colour (e.g., foll. 35-42). Red ink used for a few headlines, but mostly to mark quotations, also used to highlight and overline words or phrases introducing the author's own comments. The red ink is also not damaged by moist. Sporadic use of a circular dara with one dot as a textual divider. Partially vocalised. — black, red — Arabic script → Naskh — paper
