Basic text in red, the last 2 sheets in a more cursive hand - red, black - paper - principles of jurisprudence and more specifically the ḥanafi uṣūl with reference to the šāfiʿi.

That is why we neglected to mention it in brief, another brief explanation by Sheikh Najm al-Din al-Tawfi by the scholar Qadi al-Qudah. Alaa Al-Din Ali bin Muhammad... Al-Asqalani...
