Notlar	Brown Oriental leather binding with fore-edge flap and envelope flap; central ornament of the covers: mandorla in red leather with lobed perimeter, filled with floral scrolls and two fleuron pendants; frame consists of a line pattern; envelope flap has got the same ornamentation as the covers; doublures of the covers and of the envelope flap made of paper; doublure of the fore-edge flap made of leather — paragraph marker in the form of a golden spiral rose ff. 1a, 1b: two title vignettes: silver-coloured title in golden clouds on blue ground written in golden floral pattern located in a cartouche within a golden rectangular area ff. 1b, 14b, 27a, 34b, 37b, 46a, 50a, 60a, 68b, 73a, 76a, 92b, 102a: chapter vignettes in the same form as the title vignettes. The background of the cartouche is sometimes gold, red or blue. — black, blue, brown, gold — Arabic script → Naskh — paper — Speeches and exhortations by prophets, sages, prophet companions and caliphs that were conveyed in the form of traditions. f. 1a: Transmission chain of the work which extends from Fakhr al-Dīn Abu-'l-Ḥasan ʿAlī Ibn Aḥmad ibn ʿAbd al-Wāḥid al-Bukhārī al-Maqdisī (d. 690/1291; GAL I/366 S I/625; Kaḥḥālah VII/19; Ziriklī IV/257) to the author. f. 105b: The copyist produced the present copy from an exemplar written in the year 286/899.
