Notlar	red leather binding with embossed corner elements, cartouches and rhombuses, partly with inscriptions (quotes from the Qur'an and date); spine with gilded floral ornaments and the inscription 'Tusveerān 5' — silver speckled margins; only f. 1b-2a decorated with golden rhombuses — black — Arabic script → Nastaʽlīq — paper — a volume of 33 (out of originally 36) Rāgamālā miniatures, supplemented by three images in oval frames (f. 17b, 37b, 38a) each depicting a Hindu ascetic sitting under a tree visited by a woman Stylistically, the miniatures derive from the Deccan school of painting in Golconda, Hyderabad being the probable place of production.
