Notlar thick cardboard, covered with marbled paper in blue and white (23,5 x 20,5 cm) — paper — The ms. is entitled “Hadits nabi” but the life of the prophet is discussed only in connection with Fikh, or religious law, concerning puasa, i’tikaf, and akikah. Together with Schoemann V 45, the present Hs. represents a fragment of the famous work written in Aceh by Nuruddin Al-Raniri on the duties of the Muslim to Allah, which are discussed in the first five chapters of the book; here they take up the whole work, are also treated in great detail with the introduction of countless passages from the Qur'an and the tradition. The fragments together form an incomplete copy, as can be seen from the following list - in which the correct order was restored: Schoemann V 45, p.1-148 begins in the middle of the book of purity and goes down in the book of Sholat. Schoemann V 45, p.209-328 continues the book by Sholat, but there is a gap between p.148 and 209. Schoemann V 45, p.189-208 joins the previous one and goes into the book of Zakat (this begins on page 202). Schoemann V 45, p.149-188 joins the previous one and goes into the book of fasting (this begins on p.176). Schoemann V 45, p.329-351 joins in, but breaks off in the midst of a tradition of the Sunnas to be observed during fasting. Schoemann V 47, 1 begins in the middle of the book of fasting, contains most of the book on the hajj and the related sections, but does not end
