Crusius Leipzig — black, red — Arabic script → Naskh — paper — Fragment on history, containing in a selective form the history of the Great Seljuqs (429-552/1038-1157; EI2 VIII/936-978; ff. 1a-6a), the Artuqids (end of the 5./11 c. until the beginning of the 9./15. c.; EI2 I/662-667; ff. 6a-6b), the Atabegs (EI2 XI/452-455; ff. 6b-21b), the Ayyubids (end of the 5./12. c. until the first half of the 7./13.c.; EI2 I/796-807; ff. 21b-84a), and part of the history of the Mamluk Sultan al-Malik al-Ẓāhir Rukn al-Dīn al-Ṣāliḥī Baibars (ruled 658-676/1260-1277; EI2 I/1124-1126; ff. 84a-98b). The fragment begins with the rule of the Great Seljuq Ghiyāth al-Dīn Abū Shujā' Muḥammad Tapar ibn Malik-Shāh ibn Alp Arslān (ruled 498-511/1105-1118; EI2 VIII/942).
