Notlar	thick brown cardboard, covered with marbled paper — fine writing; presumably the same scribe as in Schoemann V 21 and part of Schoemann V 23. — black, red — paper — The poem consists of 494 double verses, of which each either the four individual verses are completely rhyming or 1 and 3 as well as 2 and 4. This text of “Syair Kupu-Kupu” is a fable. Content of the text is a story about a very beautiful butterfly. Of many flowers he drank the nectar until the flowers were wilted. One day he met another butterfly (balang) beeing extraordinarily by appearance. Naturally, the first butterfly falls in love with the balang, but he doesn’t dare approach her because of her watchful brother. That’s why he has to stand his longing until his body was horribly slimmed. The text is arranged in columns (1 page contains 2 columns).
Örnek Metin	[p. 4]: ... muda bangsawan, dengarkan kisah muda nan tuan, daripada pilu bercampur rawan, dilipurkan dengan syair cembawan, suatu silam kami berbaring-baring, di atas tilam syal geguling, terkenangkan seekor berang-berang, rupanya elok tiada terbanding, duduk kepada suatu padang, di daun padi ia bersarang, indahnya bukan barang-barang, cahayanya laksana bulan yang terang, di tengah padi konon tempatnya, di daun padi rumah sarangnya, baik paras serta bangsanya, putih kuning warna tubuhnya, lemah lembut barang lakunya, sangat manis barang katanya … /
