Juz’ inscribed in red ink in margin, with elaborate verse marker amd first words in red; also marginal inscriptions for hizb, rub‘, thumun, sajdah and ‘ayn for ruku’, and many other marginal annotations, the text is enclosed in three black lines — Monochrome frame around S. al-Fatihah, at the start of the text, f. 2v. Final page of the Qur’an, with a monochrome tailpiece, f. 351v. — red, black — paper — Text des Koran
