Notlar Calligrapher's name from the colophon. Second part is a parctice of Izn-nāmah, or diplomas of proficiency. Calligraphy masters' name such as Ḥusein Ḥilmī and Sayyid Ḥāfiz Ḥusein Luṭfī appear on the diploma. Second part is in Tawqī' script, contains the testimonials or certificates affixed by three master calligrapherists to the writing of the candidates. First line reads : "Oh Thou who overcomest and art not overcome." Cosists of two parts : First part comprising an upper and lower lines in large and bold black Thuluth script, remaining lines are in Naskh. 4 lines in the first sheet, Thuluth and Naskh script, vocalized, black ink.
