Decoration: Textblock border ruled in pink and blue with page-opening ruled in pink. Interlinear gold wash to resemble cloudbands probably added by a later hand; it partially obscures the titles in some instances. Titles in red. Script: Written in nastaʻlīq in black ink; pointed. Layout: 13 lines in two columns; catchwords every verso, lower left. Title supplied by cataloger. Manuscript codex. Formerly owned by George Arthur Plimpton (bookplate inside front cover).. Acephalous copy of the story of Layli and Majnun told in verse; this copy begins with the third line of section "Shawq-i Nawfal bi-khiyāl-i Majnūn".
