Date of original copy, copyist's name, and provenance in colophon: qad waqaʻa al-farāgh min taḥrīr hādhā al-kalām al-qadīr fī yawm al-thulāthā min shuhūr sanat ithnay wa-ʻishrūn wa-sabaʻmiʼah [i.e. 1322 or 3] ... ʻan yad Muṣṭafá Dahdah.
