The note gives Muḥammad Khulūṣī Efendi, a teacher at Rushdīyah semninary who donated it to Suleimān Efendi in 1208 [1793]. Written in nasta'alīq in black ink with use of red rubrication. Catch words, marginal glosses, numerous underlinears in red. 23 lines per page. Text is written within a single red line. Copy date, author and composar's name from colophon. Manuscript.. On Hanafi law. Includes the author's commentary on his own work entitled Ghurar al-aḥkām.
