Formerly owned by Carl Reinhardt; purchased from his estate.. An illustrated translation into Persian of a collection of stories of the patriarchs and prophets from the creation to the time of Muḥammad. This collection begins by saying the translation was requested by the (fictitious) Sulṭān Ghiyāth al-Dīn Muẓaffar Khān.
